Ingredients
- 1 Bunch fresh baby spinach
- 1 pear (Bosc or Anjou) peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- Toasted Walnuts
- White Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, except for the salt and pepper. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
